By submitting a recipe, the user grants Sudden Oak the non-exclusive right to use the content in any format.

The app uses Fabric and Google Analytics to collect usage analytics and crash reports. We also keep activity logs on our own server. We store your name, email address, and password if you create an account. Your password is encrypted. Creating an account is not required to use the app. We do not collect your device's Unique Device Identifier (UDID) in accordance with Apple guidelines. All data is for our internal use only and will not be sold or given to third parties. Server communications take place over a secure HTTPS connection.
